· PLEASE NOTE:- 3rd Adult Places, Single No Supplement Places, Child Places, Upgrades & Hotel Front Parking are LIMITED and are on a first come first served Basis. You will be notified by Email or Telephone, if the required extra's are unavailable [You may then cancel your application within 7 days and your deposit will be returned - after 7 days you will receive notification that the Holiday is proceeding without the extra's as previously confirmed and the deposit will no longer be refundable. If for any reason you are unable to attend the break, you may transfer your booking to another name for that person to take over the Holiday or request that you be put in touch with a name on our Holding List so they may take over the room. [Please note it is your responsibility for completion of the Room contract and to negotiate for the return of your deposit if required from the named transfer - We will endeavour to assist you wherever we can]. Deposit will be lost if transfer is within 60 days of break and full payment will be lost if room cannot be resold - we suggest you have Holiday insurance to cover any losses should you not be able to attend the break within the last few weeks as at that stage it may be impossible to find someone to take on the holiday. · After confirmation of booking by both parties a £10 administration fee will be charged on any and all bookings irrespective of any reason for refund or transfer or cancellation · |
