PLEASE NOTE CANCELLATION DUE TO COVID IS NO LONGER ACCEPTED PLEASE ENSURE INSURANCE IS IN PLACE OR ALTERNATIVE PEOPLE CAN ATTEND FOR THE BREAK TO RECEIVE A REFUND—NO CHARGE TO CHANGE NAMES OF PERSONS ON HOLIDAY

1. The Holiday Break is run by Carolann B [Please Note - Carolann B is responsible for the Running of the Break and the Entertainment side of the break until such times as you book into the Hotel the Hotel is then responsible for all items related to the break except the booking of entertainment. See hotel website for all amenities etc. offered by the Hotel
2. The cost of the Country Music Weekend Break is per person, a £50 non refundable deposit [see 6 below] per person is required on booking and the remainder of the booking fee [plus any additional costs] is required by date shown against each break. [We advise you obtain holiday insurance to cover cost of holiday as refunds cannot be made after final payment date unless room is resold ] The holiday Break is on a first come first served basis, there are limited numbers of Double or Twin Rooms plus a number of Single rooms available [no extra supplements - A Supplement is Payable for single occupancy of double Room ] a small number of the Double rooms are Family Rooms that accommodate a third person. Disabled room if available will be given first to people in wheelchairs - we will make every effort to accommodate our disabled friends. 

A standby list will be created if all rooms sold.
3. A Small Number of Upgraded Rooms are available in some hotels at an extra cost
4. In some hotels A Small Number of Child Places in Family Rooms are available at a variable cost per child 2 to 12 years of Age dependant on hotel charges
5. SMALL well behaved dogs are allowed in some hotel  at a cost of per dog per night.

If the hotel chosen allows dogs we will inform pet owners of the charge this must be paid direct to the hotel at the time of booking in.
6. Non refundable £50 per person deposit is required on booking: [Please note - the booking is transferable to a different name at no extra cost, we will endeavour to assist should you not be able to full fill your contract, if over sold a standby list will be created, all rooms will be on a first come first served basis].
7. The break is on a Half Board Basis: [Please note - Travel is NOT included in the Break - you may book in from 3:00pm and will leave after breakfast checkout time is 10:00am. Some hotels have a small coffee bar and lounge Area where snacks can be purchased and may be open during the day time]
8. Meal Times in the Hotel  will be notified on your confirmation slip - Coffee Bar and Lounge Areas are open During Various Times of the Day where drinks, snack's and Light Lunches and Sandwiches are available.
9. Entertainment [Please note Evening entertainment is available this includes Bingo and Quizzes plus:- Main Evening Entertainment [Please Note - afternoon entertainment will be provided if enough people stay in the hotel during the afternoon] Artist's have been booked,  

 All entertainment is subject to last minute Alteration.

10. Limited disabled Access: [Please note - Limited disabled access, a small lift is available to all floors, but you would not be able to get Mobility Scooters to bedrooms, please mention disabilities when booking, some hotels have limited parking and may charge these will be made available on a first come first served basis with priority given to Disabled Drivers.
11. On Street Parking: Please check local area signs regarding parking around the hotels. We will inform you of parking information on our literature usually parking restrictions at seaside areas are lifted during the off season times
12. Please note you are responsible for  parking and no liability can be accepted by us or the hotel for any damage or fines.
13. You will be given place name cards for tables please use these for your table of choice in the function room and retain that table for the weekend. Please DO NOT remove other peoples cards after they have been placed

14. Please be aware there may be small dance areas in some hotels , therefore Dancing to popular tunes may be limited
15. Your email details will not be passed to any third party, your email will be added to Carolann's database and you will receive her quarterly newsletter, informing you of other activities and details of her forthcoming events. You may elect to stop receiving the newsletter and informational emails at any time.
16. All items may be subject to last minute changes beyond our control.

17. Whilst every effort is made to inform all members of the parties of the holiday information, our obligation to do so is limited to the Lead named party member, and several lots of information may be sent to the lead

persons address or email.

18 Persons booking should ensure that they visit the website of the hotel they are intending to visit on their break to note facilities ,parking areas, and other information that may impact on their break. Carolann B Breaks accepts no responsibility for hotel website information.
