· PLEASE NOTE:- 3rd Adult Places, Single No Supplement Places, Child Places, Upgrades & Hotel Front Parking are LIMITED and are on a first come first served Basis. You will be notified by Email or Telephone, if the required extra's are unavailable [You may then cancel your application within 7 days and your deposit will be returned - after 7 days you will receive notification that the Holiday is proceeding without the extra's as previously confirmed and the deposit will no longer be refundable. If for any reason you are unable to attend the break, you may transfer your booking to another name for that person to take over the Holiday or request that you be put in touch with a name on our Holding List so they may take over the room.
